PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN


Salary Range - $225,000 - $250,000 DOE




We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Physician at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview


 


The Primary Care Physician oversees the medical care of senior participants in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic setting, with some local travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities. The PCP will usually see 10-12 patients per day, with adequate time provided for charting, patient follow-up, and care coordination.  The PCP supervises two (2) Nurse Practitioners and collaborates with a full team of other clinical practitioners including social workers, physical therapists, etc.

Partner with a leadership team that truly supports physician advancement, leadership development, and who welcomes your input for continuous program enhancements.


 


 


Required Qualifications :

Requirements



  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted PA State Medical License and DEA number.

  • Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

  • Minimum one (1) year of post-graduation experience required, including some work with seniors. Seeking candidates who have a passion for working with senior populations.
