Salary: $124,800 – $175,000 + bonus

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of PICU clinical leadership experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- CCRN certification preferred

Job Overview
A top-tier pediatric facility is seeking an experienced and visionary PICU Director to lead its high-acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership over the PICU and IMCU units, shaping a culture rooted in quality, accountability, and patient- and family-centered care. You'll drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and professional development, all while collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team. This is a 24/7 leadership role overseeing nurse managers, critical care services, and direct patient care teams, with responsibility for budgeting, staffing, policy development, and care model design.
