Salary Range $145,000 – $160,000 Annually
Requirements to apply:
- Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) from an accredited podiatry school.
- Completion of an accredited podiatric residency program, with a minimum of 1+ years of post-residency experience.
- Board certification from either the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) or the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).
- Valid California state license to practice podiatric medicine.
- Experience in a Native American Health Care Clinic environment, preferred.

Job Overview
The Podiatrist will provide comprehensive podiatric management and services to assigned clinic patients, delivering exceptional foot and ankle care in collaboration with other providers as needed and within established protocols. This role encompasses a full spectrum of podiatry services for both pediatric and adult patients. The Podiatrist will work closely with their assigned team to identify issues related to the ankles and feet, utilizing a thorough review of medical history, consultative analysis of symptoms, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing to diagnose and address these issues through appropriate therapeutic techniques and care. Responsibilities include performing wound care treatment, toenail trimming, callus removal, and educating patients on proper foot care. The incumbent must exhibit a high degree of empathy and patience, employing gentle techniques to address patient concerns. Staying current with advancements in podiatric medicine and participating in continuing education opportunities is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Electronic Health Record software is required to meet the daily documentation needs of each patient encounter. This role requires sensitivity to traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs, and ability at times to meet and deal effectively with varied cultures, which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness, and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.
