                                             We have an immediate need for a 


                                                PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN 




Salary: Approximately $250K annual, DOE; plus potential relocation stipend and sign-on bonus!

The Primary Care Physician oversees the medical care of senior participants in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic setting, with some local travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities. The PCP will usually see 10-12 patients per day, with adequate time provided for charting, patient follow-up, and care coordination.  The team at this location consists of 3 nurse practitioners, 2 physicians, and other clinical practitioners, including social workers, physical therapists, etc. This is a highly collaborative team, which supports our senior's unique needs! 




Our model is  one of  the most innovative, efficient  and effective models of care promoting the highest level of independence for individuals with significant health care needs.




Full time direct hire preferred; part time direct hire (long term) may be considered! 




Required Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate will have experience and a passion for working with seniors, excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a highly motivated, mission oriented,  multi-disciplinary team - and will understand the  principles of senior wellness and behavior change









Education

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted MA State Medical License and DEA number.

  • Board Eligible or Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or  Geriatrics. (Family practice physicians with a strong interest in assisting our senior populations are welcome!)


Experience and Skills


  • Minimum one (1) year of post-graduation experience required, including some work with seniors - preferred. Or may consider a new grad, who has focus in Gerontology or Internal Medicine. 

  • Seeking candidates who have a passion for working with senior populations.

  • Experience working with refugees or patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our populations is of Spanish, Slavic, Arabic and/or English speaking cultures.

  • A second languages is helpful but not required, as other team members are bilingual.
