Primary Responsibilities:

·  Performs X-Rays exams if needed.

·  Provides patient education regarding exams (if applicable).

·  Perform diagnostic or screening mammograms as ordered.

·  Prepares and assists the radiologist in the completion of intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.

·  Perform quality control functions related to mammography.

·  Produce high quality images for the radiologist to evaluate.

·  Must be professional at all times.

·  Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

·  High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

·  Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology

·  One year full time experience as a Mammography Technologist

·  This is a per diem position
