Starting Salary Range- $220,000- $290,000
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active and Unrestricted license in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience as a practicing medical provider, preferable in primary care, community based or public health setting
- Prefer bilingual Spanish

Job Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated physician (MD or DO) to join our team as a Site Medical Director. In this role, you’ll be supporting and leading our site’s medical provider team to ensure high job satisfaction and performance. You’ll work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide top-quality medical care to our patients and help drive SCCH’s Strategic Plan.
As the Site Medical Director, you’ll lead the medical providers at your clinical site, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. You’ll also collaborate with the CMO and other site leaders to create a positive, effective work environment. This position requires a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically and manage both time and resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site’s medical provider team, ensuring high performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the CMO and site leadership to enhance patient care.
- Deliver direct patient care at your clinical site.
- Act as the CMO’s representative in their absence, as needed.
Schedule:
In-Clinic, Remote Shifts
Open to full-time and part-time, hours vary, at least one evening per week, and some Saturday shifts (6 per year)
