Location: Los Angeles, 90011
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $32 - $36 per hour, based on years of experience
Job Type: Temp to Hire (with potential for full-time conversion)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) interested in providing support for a Full Service Partnership (FSP) program for adults with severe mental illness that benefit from an intensive service program. This temp-to-hire position offers a great opportunity for professional growth and the potential for a permanent role within our team. The client is committed to helping with signing off on hours for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
Responsibilities:
· MSW will conduct individual, conjoint, or family therapy with assigned clients.
· The Social Worker will assist in developing and implementing care coordination and service plans.
· Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
· Participate in discharge planning and provide appropriate follow-up.
· Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
· ASW will attend regular staff meetings and in-service trainings as needed.
· Provide services to a diverse population, ensuring a culturally competent approach to care.

· Social Worker must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.
· Valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or eligibility for licensure.
· Experience working with school-aged children and adults is a plus.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
· Physical and emotional stability to handle the demands of the position.
· Commitment to transitioning to a full-time position.
