Therapy Aide

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

(40 hours a week, but open to somebody who is only available 25-30 hours)

Pay: $23-26

  1+ year experience working with frail or elderly adults

Position Summary:

The Therapy Aide supports the therapy team in daily operations to create an engaging, supportive environment for older adult participants. This role focuses on assisting therapists with treatment activities, maintaining therapy spaces, and promoting a joyful participant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Therapists with treatment activities.


• Set up and clean therapy equipment; perform minor repairs.


• Lead recreational activities under therapist supervision.


• Manage inventory and supplies.


• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and infection-controlled environment.


• Perform administrative tasks, including basic Microsoft applications; EPIC experience is a plus.


• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.

• Minimum of one (1) year working with the elderly or frail populations.


• Experience or education in physical, occupational, or recreational therapy preferred.


• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.


• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
