Urgent Care Medical Director

Salary Range $200,000-270,000 DOE


We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full-time Medical Director at our Urgent Care facility!

Job Overview

The Urgent Care Medical Director provides supervision of clinicians and direction over the clinical processes for three local Urgent Care facilities.  This individual will coordinate services in collaboration with the other clinical department leads (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and Dental).  The responsibilities are 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative.

Required Qualifications :

  •  Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted AZ State Medical License and DEA number

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

  • Experience managing complex emergency care in a limited resource setting

  • Urgent Care Medicine Certification teaching experience preferred
