Location: Coachella, CA 
Position Type: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $168,000 – $178,000 




Requirements 






  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of California 








  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or graduation from an accredited PA program 








  • Current and valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate 








  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association only) 








  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN or women's health 








  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Job Summary 




Join our compassionate, mission-driven team as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Coachella, CA. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care, focusing on prenatal, intra-partum, post-partum, and general gynecologic health. This position operates under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is part of a collaborative care model designed to serve a multicultural and multilingual patient population.

Key Responsibilities 




Clinical Functions 






  • Provide full-scope women’s health services including prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, contraception, and gynecologic exams 








  • Deliver babies and manage obstetric care as part of an OB/GYN team (as applicable) 








  • Perform outpatient gynecologic procedures and minor surgeries 










  • Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, order diagnostics, interpret results, and formulate treatment plans 








  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive care 








  • Collaborate with other clinical staff and refer patients to specialists as necessary 








  • Contribute to the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) care model 








  • Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as scheduled
