Requirements

Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the State of California

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or graduation from an accredited PA program

Current and valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate

Current CPR certification (American Heart Association only)

Job Summary
Join our compassionate, mission-driven team as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Coachella, CA. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care, focusing on prenatal, intra-partum, post-partum, and general gynecologic health. This position operates under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is part of a collaborative care model designed to serve a multicultural and multilingual patient population.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Functions

Provide full-scope women’s health services including prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, contraception, and gynecologic exams

Deliver babies and manage obstetric care as part of an OB/GYN team (as applicable)

Perform outpatient gynecologic procedures and minor surgeries

Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, order diagnostics, interpret results, and formulate treatment plans

Educate patients and families on treatment options and preventive care

Collaborate with other clinical staff and refer patients to specialists as necessary

Contribute to the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) care model

Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as scheduled
